Targeted massage to address a specific issue using the techniques listed above

Prenatal Massage Session

Customized massage session tailored to the client’s needs while they’re comfortably positioned with pillows

  • 60 minutes - $95.00

  • 90 minutes - $140.00

Assisted Stretch Session

A series of ten stretches from head to toe performed to increase mobility and flexibility. Client will stay dressed for session in workout or yoga clothing (no jeans or skirts/dresses)

  • 30 minutes - $50.00 ($45.00  if added onto a massage)

Add-on Massage Services

Aromatherapy

Only Muscle and Join Support can be done with a Prenatal Session.

Essential oil blends are added into the massage mediums while breathing techniques and hot towels are used to diffuse the oils into the body’s system 

  • Included in session price

Choose from:

  • Headache Relief-grapefruit, lavender, lime, peppermint, eucalyptus, basil, chamomile and rose

  • Relaxation-basil, lavender, tangerine, marjoram, patchouli, petitgrain, eucalyptus, may chang and sandalwood

  • Muscle and Joint Support-black spruce, rosemary, peppermint, marjoram, wintergreen, cedar wood, basil,  sweet birch, sweet fennel and ginger

Hot and Cold Treatment

Cannot be done with a Prenatal Session.

Hot towels and a warming ointment are applied to the muscles to increase blood flow while a natural, topical analgesic is applied last to help relieve pain and inflammation

Cupping

Silicone cups are applied to the body to break up adhesions in the soft tissue and fascia, relieve inflammation and bring healthy oxygenated blood to the area

  • 30 minutes $65

  • 60 minutes $105

  • 90 minutes $150

  • 120 minutes $190

  • Prices do NOT include gratuity

  • All sessions are the full amount of “hands on” massage time unless you are late

  • 24 hours is required for cancellations, after that 50% will be charged if the appointment time is unable to be filled.  No call no shows are subject to 100% charge

  • Packages of five or ten hour sessions available at a discounted rate-NON-REFUNDABLE and MUST BE USED SIX MONTHS (5 pack) or ONE YEAR (10 pack) FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
